I will write your CV, hold telephone consultations and respond to your questions and concerns. It is your responsibility to provide all information required to write your CV. Suppose unforeseen circumstances arise that result in not holding the telephone conversation, I endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise of any changes and rearrange a new date. Once you purchase the package, you will receive an email requesting you upload your existing CV or complete an online career form (if you do not have a CV). I encourage you to complete this form or upload your CV before the first telephone consultation. Turnaround time Once we have the first consultation, I will complete your order within 3-5 business days, but it also depends on how much time it takes to communicate back and forth with you. If I do not receive your form/CV before the consultation, I will complete the order after receiving your CV or career form. You will receive your CV in Microsoft Word and PDF format. I will edit your CV until you're 100% happy with it. If you order a tailored CV package for professionals, you will receive a PDF document. This content is the property of Sandra Tovar. Unauthorised copying or distribution is not permitted. Payments / Refunds / Cancellation Payment is required in full with your order. The session will be paid by debit/credit card in Stripe I will give you a refund if you cancel your request. I will issue you a full refund minus £10 for administrative costs if you cancel your order within the following 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, I will not be able to make refunds.
